Description

 The Vice President of Marketing will serve as a strategic leader responsible for positioning EPC Power as the premier provider of advanced power conversion solutions.  This role requires a visionary executive who can develop global marketing strategies, strengthen brand presence, and align marketing initiatives with EPC Power’s growth in renewable energy, energy storage, and AI-driven data center markets.


Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and execute a strategic marketing roadmap that supports company growth targets, including GTM strategies for product lines serving the rapidly expanding AI data center market. 
  • Partner with executive leadership to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and financial goals. 

Brand & Positioning

  • Elevate and refine EPC Power’s value proposition for target markets (solar, storage, datacenter, industrial).
  • Drive thought leadership through industry events, publications, and digital campaigns.

Demand Generation & Digital Marketing

  • Drive lead generation through multi-channel campaigns—digital, events, webinars—optimized via data analytics and CRM integration.
  • Allocate and manage budgets across digital assets, paid ads, email, and ABM initiatives.

Product & Marketing Strategy

  • Partner with Product and Engineering to craft messaging, sales tools, case studies, and launch plans tailored to EPC Power’s US-manufactured products.
  • Lead go-to-market strategies for new product launches in solar, energy storage, and AI infrastructure.

Market Intelligence

  • Conduct competitive analysis, market sizing, and customer research to inform positioning and demand activities.

Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Build, mentor, and oversee a high-performing marketing team (content, digital, events, product marketing).
  • Collaborate with sales, product, engineering, and finance to ensure cohesive planning and seamless execution across functions.

Performance Measurement

  • Establish OKRs and KPIs (lead volume, pipeline value, conversion rates, ROI); implement dashboards and provide executive reporting).
Requirements

Experience & Education

  • 10+ years in marketing leadership roles, preferably within cleantech, renewables, energy storage, or industrial B2B sectors.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related; MBA preferred.

Skills & Abilities

  • Demonstrated success in strategic planning, demand generation, digital marketing, and product positioning.
  • Expertise in marketing automation, CRM, analytics, and ABM tools.
  • Strong communicator, with experience in PR, media relations, and trade show planning.
  • Leadership mindset with team-building and cross-departmental collaboration skills.

Salary: 200,000 - 230,000

30% bonus potential
