We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team at Notre Dame Health Care Center's Long-Term Care and Skilled Nursing facility. As a PTA, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our patients and helping them achieve their rehabilitation goals.

Responsibilities:  

Physical Therapy Assistant, under the supervision of the Physical Therapist promotes and maintains health of residents/patients by providing physical therapy services and directing resident participation in selected tasks to restore, reinforce, and enhance performance.
