Position Summary
The Airport Guest Coordinator is responsible for providing a high level of customer service to arriving passengers while ensuring smooth coordination between guests, drivers, dispatch, and airport personnel. This role requires professionalism, flexibility, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced airport environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet passengers upon arrival at the airport
- Meet and greet passengers at their baggage carousels
- Answer guest questions and provide clear, courteous assistance
- Work closely with airport personnel to ensure compliance and smooth operations
- Maintain accurate daily logs and documentation
- Manage and coordinate drivers as needed
- Communicate consistently with dispatch regarding guest and driver status
- Ensure a smooth and positive guest experience at all times
Compensation & Benefits
- Eligibility for company benefits after 60 days of employment
- Paid Time Off (PTO) eligibility after 90 days of employment
- $15.00/Hour
Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Computer literate and comfortable using basic software systems
- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for long periods of time in hot and cold weather
- Must be able to pass an FBI background check

Salary Description
$15.00/hourly
