Position: Production Graphic Designer
Reports to: Art Director 


POSITION 

LiveTrends Design Group is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Production Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team. You’ll join a collaborative, fast-paced team that values creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement. This role supports our creative and sales efforts by refining, formatting, and preparing high-quality visual assets for print and digital use. 

The Production Graphic Designer serves as the critical link between creative concepts and final delivery, ensuring all materials are accurate, on-brand, and production-ready. You will collaborate closely with designers, copywriters, sales partners, and production teams to deliver polished, customer-facing materials on tight timelines. 


This is a hands-on, execution-focused role ideal for someone who thrives on precision, organization, and bringing creative ideas to life through flawless production. 


 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Sales & Marketing Support
    Create and maintain design assets that support customer meetings, product launches, and retailer initiatives. 


  • Presentation Development
    Build, format, and update professional sales presentations in PowerPoint and Canva, ensuring consistent branding, layout, and visual quality. 


  • Product Mockups & Visuals
    Develop and update product mockups, PSD templates, and rendered visuals to support assortment planning, packaging concepts, and sales communication. 


  • Sales Collateral Production
    Design and produce sell sheets, one-pagers, line lists, and product collateral for trade shows, retailer presentations, and internal use. 


  • Image Editing & Preparation
    Edit and prepare product images, including background removal, retouching, color correction, and resizing for multiple platforms. 


  • Print & Digital Production
    Prepare final artwork for print and digital delivery, ensuring compliance with technical requirements such as resolution, bleed, and color profiles (CMYK/RGB). 


  • Asset Management
    Upload, organize, and maintain files in internal platforms and shared libraries, ensuring teams have access to current, approved materials. 


  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    Partner with designers, copywriters, sales, and production teams to execute creative direction efficiently and meet deadlines. 


  • File Organization & Version Control
    Maintain structured file systems, naming conventions, and version tracking to support workflow efficiency. 
Requirements

 Qualifications & Skills 

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) 
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to brand consistency 
  • Working knowledge of print production and digital file formats 
  • Understanding of color management (CMYK, RGB) and prepress standards 
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills 
  • Ability to follow creative direction and execute with precision 
  • Experience preparing files for print and digital production preferred 
  • Portfolio or work samples required. 
  • At least?1 year of professional design or production experience?is required, ideally in a fast-paced environment supporting marketing or sales deliverables.
