What will I be doing: 

  • Answer, and routes calls promptly and professionally, taking accurate messages and following up as needed 
  • Determine the purpose of the call and transfer to the appropriate person 
  • Schedule and confirms appointments, consultations, and meetings using company scheduling tools and calendars 
  • Escalate urgent calls or sensitive situations to the appropriate leader 

 Compensation and Benefits package:

Requirements

 What do I need to bring to the table: 

  • 1+ year of receptionist, call center, front desk, or administrative experience preferred 
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills 
  • Calm professional phone presence 
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through 
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time independently 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning new software 
  • Ability to work M-F 8am-5pm 
  • Office – onsite role required
  • Bilingual – English and Spanish fluency REQUIRED
