Summary

Keep Supply’s eCommerce Manager is responsible for driving profitable growth of the Magento channel by optimizing the digital customer experience, improving conversion performance, and ensuring operational excellence across our online storefronts. This role owns the end-to-end performance of the eCommerce channel, including merchandising, brand presentation, conversion optimization, and platform execution. The eCommerce Manager plays a critical role in delivering on our promise of unreasonably good service by ensuring customers can easily discover, evaluate, and purchase the right products with confidence.


Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Own overall performance of the Magento eCommerce channel, with accountability for optimizing channel margin.
  • Lead conversion optimization efforts to achieve a 20% increase in channel conversion rate through UX improvements, A/B testing, and funnel optimization.
  • Manage merchandising strategy across the site, ensuring pricing, promotions, and product presentation support margin and conversion goals.
  • Lead the buildout and optimization of brand landing pages for all core brands and primary product categories.
  • Partner with Marketing to support campaign landing pages, click-through experiences, and product-focused initiatives that drive qualified traffic and conversion.
  • Monitor and improve leading performance indicators, including PDP engagement, add-to-cart rate, and checkout completion.
  • Reduce cart abandonment through improved checkout flow, clearer messaging, and strategic incentives aligned with profitability.
  • Ensure product data accuracy of 90%+ across the Magento channel by partnering with portfolio and marketing teams.
  • Reduce eCommerce-related customer service tickets by 20% through improved product content, clearer shipping and returns information, and proactive CX updates.
  • Own any ecommerce contractor relationships, including project prioritization, timelines, and quality of deliverables.
  • Collaborate closely with Operations, Portfolio, Customer Service, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution.
  • Track and report on key eCommerce performance metrics related to margin, conversion, and customer experience.
  • Take ownership and responsibility for overall eCommerce channel performance.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Portfolio and Supply Chain.


Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience managing an eCommerce channel or digital storefront
  • 3-5 years of experience owning website performance, merchandising, or conversion optimization
  • 5+ years of overall professional experience
  • Strong familiarity with eCommerce platforms (Magento preferred), digital analytics tools, and merchandising workflows
  • Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and customer service teams
  • Comfortable managing external contractors or vendors
