Account Manager – Healthcare & Legal Partnerships | Atlanta, GA

$65,000 - $80,000 base + uncapped performance bonuses

AICA Orthopedics (21 locations, 25 years, 400+ team members) is growing. We're seeking experienced Account Managers to develop referral partnerships with urgent care centers and personal injury attorneys throughout the greater Metro Atlanta Area (3-5 open roles due to rapid growth). 

What You'll Do 

Develop & Manage Partnership: 

• Build relationships with urgent care centers, primary care practices, and medical directors 

• Develop professional relationships with personal injury attorneys and legal staff 

• Ensure seamless patient care coordination between partners and AICA specialists 

• Conduct regular partnership reviews and strategic account planning 

• Monitor satisfaction metrics and resolve service issues proactively 

Territory Development: 

• Identify and activate new partnership opportunities 

• Expand services within existing accounts 

• Provide market intelligence and competitive insights 

• Participate in healthcare and legal community networking 

Service Excellence: 

• Coordinate patient transitions from urgent care to specialized orthopedic treatment 

• Manage medical documentation and legal correspondence efficiently 

• Facilitate clinical communications between providers 

• Track patient experience and partnership satisfaction scores 

• Maintain high service quality standards across all accounts 

Required - ONE of the Following: 

3+ years personal injury experience (legal, insurance, medical billing/collections, case management) with strong relationship skills 

3+ years healthcare sales, business development, or account management 

Plus: 

• Proven success managing multiple professional relationships 

• Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities 

• Strong organizational skills and CRM experience (Salesforce preferred) 

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation 

• Track record meeting/exceeding performance goals 

• Comfortable working independently in field-based role 

Preferred: 

• Existing healthcare or legal community relationships 

• Orthopedic, physical therapy, or specialty medical experience 

• Medical terminology understanding 

• Bachelor's degree 

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus! 

Compensation & Earnings 

Base Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 

Performance Bonuses (Uncapped):
