Priority Worldwide is seeking a reliable and experienced Cargo PRO to support our Dubai operations. This is a field-based freight forwarding role requiring frequent travel by motorcycle to airports, ports, customs offices, government authorities, terminals, airlines, shipping lines, brokers, and customer locations.

- This is primarily a field-based position and is not a traditional office-based role. The successful candidate will spend significant time traveling throughout Dubai to complete shipment and documentation requirements.
- Working hours may vary depending on flight schedules, shipment deadlines, customs requirements, cargo operations, and business needs. Flexibility is required.
- Candidates who do not hold a valid UAE motorcycle driving license or do not have relevant freight forwarding, cargo, customs, or logistics experience will not be considered.

About the Role
The Cargo PRO is responsible for the hands-on movement, collection, delivery, and processing of international shipment documentation and cargo-related requirements.
This position serves as a key link between Priority Worldwide and the various parties involved in international freight movements. The successful candidate will be comfortable working independently in the field, managing multiple locations and priorities, and representing Priority Worldwide professionally while completing time-sensitive shipment and customs requirements.
The ideal candidate has previous experience in freight forwarding, cargo operations, customs clearance, or a related logistics environment and understands the urgency and time-sensitive nature of international shipments.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily field-based messenger and cargo operations duties throughout Dubai.
- Travel frequently by motorcycle to Dubai International Airport, ports, customs offices, CFS terminals, government authorities, airlines, shipping lines, brokers, and customer locations.
- Collect and deliver physical shipment documents and cargo-related paperwork.
- Support the clearance, handover, collection, and processing of international shipments.
- Handle documentation and operational requirements for air, sea, and land freight shipments.
- Coordinate with customs, government authorities, airlines, shipping lines, brokers, and other logistics partners.
- Prepare, submit, collect, and update shipment documentation using Calogi and Dubai Trade.
- Monitor cargo acceptance and provide accurate shipment status updates.
- Support the movement and processing of shipments, including dangerous goods (DG) and perishable cargo, as required.
- Assist with documentation including Master Air Waybills (MAWB), House Air Waybills (HAWB), commercial invoices, packing lists, Certificates of Origin, and other shipment documents.
- Update shipment statuses and maintain accurate records in company systems.
- Ensure documentation and shipment handling comply with applicable IATA and GCAA requirements.
- Use airline booking systems and other logistics platforms as required.
- Build and maintain professional working relationships with Dubai Customs and relevant government authorities.
- Represent Priority Worldwide professionally at all times while working off-site.
- Provide reliable and responsive customer service while managing time-sensitive operational requirements.
- Communicate regularly with the office team regarding shipment status, document collection, delivery, and operational issues.
- Escalate shipment delays, documentation issues, or clearance problems promptly to the appropriate team members.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in freight forwarding, cargo operations, customs clearance, or related logistics operations.
- Experience in air freight, sea freight, customs, or cargo handling is strongly preferred.
- Experience working with or supporting operations at DNATA, DP World, Dubai Customs, airports, ports, or other cargo/logistics environments is highly preferred.
- Valid UAE motorcycle driving license – mandatory.
- Ability and willingness to travel extensively throughout Dubai as part of the daily job.
- Ability to work variable hours based on shipment schedules and operational requirements.
- Strong understanding of freight forwarding operations and international shipment documentation.
- Experience with Calogi and Dubai Trade is strongly preferred.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Good computer skills and the ability to accurately process documentation and update shipment information.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent customer service skills and a professional, results-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently in the field while maintaining strong communication with the office team.
- Strong team player with a cooperative and flexible attitude.
- Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with customers, customs officials, government authorities, airlines, shipping lines, and logistics partners.
- Professional appearance and demeanor when representing Priority Worldwide at customer, government, customs, airport, and port locations.
Working Environment
This is a field-based position, not a traditional office role.The Cargo PRO will be expected to spend significant time traveling between airports, ports, customs offices, terminals, government authorities, and customer locations. The successful candidate must be comfortable working independently outside of the office and managing multiple time-sensitive tasks throughout the day. Daily working hours may vary depending on flight schedules, vessel arrivals, customs requirements, shipment deadlines, and operational needs. Candidates must be comfortable with a flexible schedule and working outside of a standard 9-to-5 office environment when required.
Salary and Benefits
- Salary: AED 3,000–5,000 per month, with compensation determined by relevant freight forwarding, cargo operations, customs experience, and qualifications.
