Description
Overview:
The Sales BDC Representative manages inbound and outbound customer communications to generate appointments and leads for the sales department. This role plays a vital part in the customer’s first impression of the dealership, ensuring prompt and professional follow-up that drives showroom traffic and online engagement.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and other internet based communication systems
- Answer product and service questions received via phone and/or internet
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and follow up on leads to ensure satisfaction ?
- Follow up on leads in a timely fashion
- Confirm appointments each day in a timely fashion
- Schedule sales appointments and ensure customers have a seamless experience by working in partnership with dealership salespeople
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Work closely with the sales team to provide accurate information to customers.
- Be available to respond to phone and email inquiries in a professional, well-spoken manner
- Demonstrate dependability and attention to detail
- Display good time management skills by being productive with your time ?

REQUIREMENTS
- Open availability including evenings and weekends.
- Clean driving record
- Valid California drivers license.
- Ability to obtain a sales license from the DMV.
- Clean background check.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a similar role a plus

Salary Description
$40,000-$80,000 annually
