Description

Overview:

The Sales BDC Representative manages inbound and outbound customer communications to generate appointments and leads for the sales department. This role plays a vital part in the customer’s first impression of the dealership, ensuring prompt and professional follow-up that drives showroom traffic and online engagement.


 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  •  Manage inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and other internet based communication systems   
  • Answer product and service questions received via phone and/or internet
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and follow up on leads to ensure satisfaction  ? 
  • Follow up on leads in a timely fashion  
  • Confirm appointments each day in a timely fashion  
  • Schedule sales appointments and ensure customers have a seamless experience by working in partnership with dealership salespeople   
  • Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system. 
  • Work closely with the sales team to provide accurate information to customers. 
  • Be available to respond to phone and email inquiries in a professional, well-spoken manner 
  • Demonstrate dependability and attention to detail 
  • Display good time management skills by being productive with your time ? 
  • Display a sense of competitiveness and desire to do well in your role ? 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Open availability including evenings and weekends.
  • Clean driving record 
  • Valid California drivers license. 
  • Ability to obtain a sales license from the DMV. 
  • Clean background check. 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a similar role a plus

Salary Description
$40,000-$80,000 annually
