About the Role

Corus Medical is seeking an experienced, compassionate Nurse Practitioner to lead our Palliative Care Medical Practice. This is a unique opportunity for a clinically strong, relationship-centered NP who is passionate about improving quality of life for patients with serious illness while shaping and advancing a growing palliative care program. This role blends expert clinical judgement with program leadership- perfect for the NP who enjoys partnering with patients, families, and providers while building a Palliative Care Practice that delivers exceptional, whole-person care.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic and clinical leadership for the palliative care program.
  • Deliver direct patient care while balancing administrative responsibilities.
  • Partner with the Medical Director to uphold quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
  • Mentor and guide interdisciplinary team members.
  • Strengthen relationships with referral partners and community providers.
  • Monitor quality and performance metrics to drive program growth and improvement.


Requirements

   

What We’re Looking For

  • MSN with APN certification; unrestricted NP license.
  • Significant NP experience in palliative care, geriatrics, hospice, or serious illness care.
  • Demonstrated leadership in clinical or practice settings.
  • Strong clinical judgment, calm under pressure, and a steady, patient-centered      presence.
  • Ability to mentor others and foster a collaborative, values-driven culture.
