Role Overview


As the Office Manager, you will lead all administrative and operational functions of our Redmond office to ensure efficiency, a positive patient experience, and strong team performance. You will be the backbone of daily operations, guiding staff, managing schedules, coordinating with clinical teams, and supporting financial and insurance processes. 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead front-office operations including scheduling, billing, patient communication, and records management. 
  • Ensure excellent patient experience from first contact through follow-up. 
  • Oversee team productivity, performance management, and training. 
  • Manage practice metrics and performance reporting. 
  • Coordinate with providers on daily clinical scheduling and patient flow. 
  • Handle insurance claims, verifications, and financial arrangements. 
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and other healthcare regulations.
Requirements


What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in office management, ideally in dental or healthcare settings. 
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills. 
  • Excellent communication and customer service orientation. 
  • Comfort with practice management software and financial reporting systems. 
  • Experience with dental insurance processes is preferred.
