Team Lead – Sales Operations & Client Fulfillment | Philippines

Description

We are seeking a highly organized and driven Team Lead (TL) for Sales Operations & Client Fulfillment who will initially join as an individual contributor. In the early phase, this role will focus on executing client-related tasks, managing internal processes, and driving documentation and operational improvements. 


As the team expands, the TL will transition into a people leadership role, taking on the direct management of team members (TMs) and supporting scaled operations. 


Main working hours will fall anywhere between EST and PST time zones. 


Key Responsibilities 

Sales Pipeline Management 

  • Input, update, and maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline. 
  • Monitor pipeline progress, identify gaps or bottlenecks, and support the sales team in ensuring data consistency. 
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to improve pipeline reporting and visibility. 

Sales & Renewal Documentation Support 

  • Prepare and manage sales proposals, renewal forms, and related documentation with high accuracy. 
  • Ensure all sales and renewal files follow internal standards and compliance requirements. 
  • Coordinate with internal teams to gather required information for client-facing documentation. 

Client Billing & Fulfillment Workflows 

  • Assist in preparing billing packets and ensuring client invoices and billing tasks are completed accurately. 
  • Support fulfillment workflows to ensure timely delivery of client services and deliverables. 
  • Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements to streamline the sales-to-fulfillment process. 

Internal Documentation & Process Improvement 

  • Maintain organized and updated internal documentation, SOPs, and knowledge-sharing resources. 
  • Work closely with leadership to create scalable processes as the business grows. 
  • Lead initiatives focused on workflow optimization and operational best practices. 

Future Leadership Responsibilities (as the team grows) 

  • Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to newly added team members. 
  • Assign and monitor tasks, ensuring high quality and timely completion. 
  • Support performance management, coaching, and team development.

Requirements
  • Experience in telecommunications, pipeline management, or similar operational roles. 
  • Ability to handle moderately complex tasks across sales, operations, and fulfillment. 
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills. 
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities. 
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. 

Preferred 

  • Experience in sales operations, sales support, or client fulfillment. 
  • Background in process mapping, SOP development, or workflow optimization. 
  • Prior exposure to CRM systems or sales pipeline tools.
