As a Crop Insurance Producer, you’ll assist the agriculture clients in protecting their crops, their livelihoods, and the future of their farming operations.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Building strong relationships with farmers and helping them safeguard their crops with confidence
- Creating tailored crop insurance programs that support each client’s goals
- Growing your book of business through genuine relationship-building
- Collaborating with internal teams to deliver top-notch service
- Keeping clients protected through smart coverage analysis and ongoing support
- Traveling to farms, fields, and ag events (hope you enjoy sunshine and fresh air!)

- Ability to build strong, long term, trust-based relationships with new and existing clients.

- Comfort working independently while also engaging in frequent travel and hands on collaboration with clients and internal team.
- Excellent communication skills with a natural aptitude for sales and client engagement
- Active residential state license
