Adventurous Journeys Capital Partners (“AJCP”) is seeking an Asset Management and Operations Summer Intern to join our Nashville team to support the rapid growth and development across the Graduate Hotels investment platform.

ABOUT THE ROLE
The Asset Management and Operations Summer Intern will be responsible for the operational performance of the Graduate Hotels investment platform. This role will provide hands-on experience in the world of financial analysis, reporting, hotel operations, capital investment, and cross-functional coordination between AJCP’s Development, Capital Markets and Investments teams.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Monitor and analyze financial and operational performance for the Graduate Hotels investment platform, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
- Assist with creating and maintaining performance dashboards, reporting tools, and KPI trackers to support leadership decision-making
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling efforts related to ongoing operations, capital projects, and new initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, improve operating processes, and support scalable property operations initiatives
- Support day-to-day hotel operations team interactions by responding to inquiries, assisting with operational questions, and helping ensure progress and accountability with our operating partners
- Assist with overseeing Hilton, AJCP’s brand partner on the Graduate Hotels investment platform, to maximize value creation, collaboration and our franchise partnership
WHO YOU ARE
AJCP is seeking a highly-motivated individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced, but disciplined, entrepreneurial environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive interest in both real estate investment and the hospitality industry. This role also requires the following capabilities:
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills; proficiency in Excel required.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, work independently, and operate in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest in real estate investment, hotel operations, real estate asset management, hospitality and brand creation.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
Required
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, Economics, Hospitality, or a related field.
