JOB SUMMARY:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Customer Service & Transactions: Provide high-quality service by accurately processing check cashing, currency exchanges, EZ Pay tickets, chip/token redemptions, and credit card transactions.
- Financial Accountability: Maintain full accountability for all assigned funds and adhere to strict individual drawer security; sharing drawers is strictly prohibited.
- Regulatory Compliance: Complete all shift paperwork and maintain key controls in accordance with company policy, state gaming regulations, and Title 31 requirements.
- Operational Transitions: Ensure cash drawers are replenished with adequate denominations and coin cans are filled at the end of each shift to facilitate a seamless transition for the incoming cashier.
- Gaming Support: Efficiently process jackpots, pit fills, and Central Credit transactions.
- Professional Communication: Answer all incoming calls with the standard professional greeting and maintain up-to-date knowledge of all current casino promotions.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the workstation organized and clean by clearing debris and sanitizing surfaces throughout the shift.
- Team Collaboration: Act as a team player and complete additional tasks as assigned by Management, including support for the Vault, Soft Count, and Players Club.

Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of educa-tion and experience.
Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and cor-respondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of or-ganization.
Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
