CRAFT is seeking a motivated and dependable Operations Specialist to join our Operations Control Center team. This role supports flight dispatch, full crew scheduling responsibility, and client service coordination in a fast-paced private aviation environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Flight dispatch support and operational coordination
• Full responsibility for crew scheduling, including understanding regulatory, duty, and rest requirements
• Client service and trip support communication
• Real-time operational monitoring and problem solving
• Collaboration with pilots, maintenance, and operations teams

Requirements

• FAA Aircraft Dispatcher Certificate (Dispatch School Graduate) – REQUIRED
• Ability to work on-site at Opa-locka Airport
• Willingness to work a rotational 4-day shift schedule
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to stay organized and perform under time pressure
• Schedule: Rotational shift schedule (4 days on / shared coverage)

Aviation operations experience is a plus, but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.
