Key Responsibilities of an HVAC Installation Technician:

- Install residential HVAC systems with accuracy and attention to detail

- Ensure all installations meet safety standards and company quality guidelines

- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining system operations and addressing client questions

- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively

- Participate in daily technical and leadership training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols


Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience as an HVAC Installer or similar role

- EPA 608 certification

- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, tools, and installation procedures

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Good communication skills and a professional demeanor

- Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environmental conditions
