Position Summary:
We are looking for an experienced ERP Manager to own and manage our ERP system and support ongoing business growth. This role is responsible for day-to-day ERP management, user support, reporting, and continuous improvement of business processes—especially within a manufacturing environment.
The ERP Manager reports directly to the CIO and works closely with Manufacturing, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and IT leadership to ensure the ERP system is reliable, scalable, and aligned with business objectives.
This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with operations and business teams to turn system capabilities into real operational value.
Key Responsibilities
ERP System Ownership
- Serve as the primary owner and internal expert for the company’s ERP system
- Ensure system stability, data accuracy, and proper configuration
- Coordinate ERP upgrades, enhancements, and vendor support
ERP Support & Administration
- Provide Tier 2–3 ERP support to users across manufacturing, operations, supply chain, and office teams
- Troubleshoot functional and data-related issues and implement long-term fixes
- Maintain ERP documentation and best practices
User & Security Management
- Manage ERP users, roles, and permissions
- Support onboarding/offboarding and access changes
- Ensure appropriate system access and security controls
Reporting & Data Visibility
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, forms, and Generic Inquiries (GIs)
- Partner with business users to define reporting needs
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency for operational and management reporting
Business Process Management
- Own and maintain ERP-related business processes
- Work with departments to document, improve, and standardize workflows
- Align ERP configuration with manufacturing and operational processes
- Reduce manual work and improve system adoption
ERP Projects & Improvements
- Lead or support ERP-related projects such as new modules, enhancements, and process improvements
- Gather requirements, coordinate testing, and support go-live activities
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders and external partners
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of ERP experience (support, analyst, administrator, or lead role)
- 1–3 years of experience working with business process development or improvement
- Experience supporting manufacturing or operational business environments
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
- Strong English communication and interpersonal skills

- This is not a people-management role
- This role partners with IT and external vendors rather than replacing them
- Focus is on ERP ownership, business processes, and continuous improvement
