Program Dates: June 1 – July 24, 2026 (8-week commitment required)
Compensation: Paid Internship
Department: Construction & Development
Status: Competitive Internship — real-world, high-impact experience

About the Internship

MetroNational’s Construction & Development Internship provides students with a structured, paid opportunity to gain hands-on experience in how our properties are designed, built, renovated, and improved across the Memorial City portfolio.

Interns spend approximately 75% of their time working directly with the Construction & Development team on meaningful, real-world projects and 25% engaging in company-wide learning opportunities, site tours, shadow days, and professional development experiences.

Throughout the program, interns will collaborate with industry professionals who embody MetroNational’s core values of Trust, Integrity, Impact, and Legacy, gaining exposure to the full project lifecycle—from early design concepts and pre-construction through active construction, punch lists, and closeout.

This is a competitive internship designed to give students tangible skills, portfolio-ready work, and a deeper understanding of commercial construction and development in a mixed-use urban environment.
