We’re seeking a seasoned Inventory Planning Analyst to support the end-to-end inventory / S&OP process by integrating demand, supply, inventory, and financial plans into a single, aligned operating plan. The ideal candidate will partner cross functionally with Sales & Marketing, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations to provide data driven insights and actions that will be turned into performance tracking to enable informed decision making and drive business alignment.
What You Will Own:
S&OP Process Support
- Support the monthly Inventory Planning cycle, including demand, supply, inventory, and financial alignment reviews
- Prepare and consolidate input for S&OP meetings (Demand Review, Supply Review, Financial Alignment)
- Ensure plans are aligned to business objectives, capacity constraints, and financial targets (in conjunction with CFO)
Purchasing, Inventory, and Materials Management
- Issue Purchase Orders within NetSuite in alignment with inventory coverage and demand plan
- Perform Inventory Reconciliation, investigation, and adjustment (Physical and Financial) as needed to maintain system integrity in both NetSuite and SNAP Fulfil
- Define and revise the Material planning for Devices and Filters on a regular basis to provide visibility to vendors and internal customers
- Create and review Transfer Orders within the system to enable movement of goods and inventory reconciliation
Data Analysis & Insights
- Analyze demand forecasts, supply plans, inventory levels, and financial impacts
- Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities across the planning horizon
- Develop scenarios and what-if analyses to evaluate risk (service, cost, inventory, capacity) under various constraints if analyses to evaluate if analyses to evaluate
Cross Functional Collaboration
- Act as a liaison between Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain
- Translate business assumptions/activities into actionable planning inputs
- Support consensus building and issue resolution across functions
Performance Management
- Track and report KPIs (forecast accuracy, service levels, inventory turns, capacity utilization, plan adherence)
- Develop dashboards and standard reports for leadership visibility
- Monitor performance versus plan and recommend corrective actions with respect to S&OP and Financial assumptions
Continuous Improvement
- Support S&OP / IBP process maturity and standardization
- Improve data quality, planning assumptions, and analytical models with input from planning partners
- Assist in system enhancements and adoption of planning tools (ERP, WMS, other platforms)
What You Will Bring:
- 3–5 years of experience in supply chain planning, S&OP, demand/supply
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, Operations, or a related field or Material planning or equivalent years of experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with building data models
- Experience working with ERP, planning systems (e.g., NetSuite, SNAP Fulfil,) and Quality Management Systems
Nice To Have:
- APICS certification (CPIM, CSCP)
- Experience developing and supporting formal S&OP processes
- Knowledge of forecasting, inventory optimization, and capacity planning concepts
- Understanding of financial planning and P&L impacts

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Physical demands of this position include, but are not limited to sitting, standing, walking, climbing, kneeling, twisting, reaching, bending, lifting up to 40 pounds, carrying, pushing, pulling, dexterity of utilizing hands and fingers, ability to work in a manufacturing environment, ability to work onsite, seeing (close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision and depth perception), hearing and speaking.
