We are now hiring an Office Manager for our Dallas location.

 The Opportunity

As Office Manager, you will:

• Open and manage daily office operations
• Oversee invoice processing and reporting
• Review voids, canceled orders, and open order reports
• Process credit returns and support Accounts Receivable
• Hire for open positions and conduct annual employee reviews
• Train new and promoted employees
• Resolve employee and customer conflicts with professionalism
• Serve as liaison to outside sales
• Foster a positive, accountable work atmosphere
• Provide direct support to the Branch Manager

Your leadership will directly influence team performance, customer satisfaction, and the overall success of the Dallas branch.
