We are now hiring an Office Manager for our Dallas location.

The Opportunity
As Office Manager, you will:
- Open and manage daily office operations
- Oversee invoice processing and reporting
- Review voids, canceled orders, and open order reports
- Process credit returns and support Accounts Receivable
- Hire for open positions and conduct annual employee reviews
- Train new and promoted employees
- Resolve employee and customer conflicts with professionalism
- Serve as liaison to outside sales
- Foster a positive, accountable work atmosphere
- Provide direct support to the Branch Manager
Your leadership will directly influence team performance, customer satisfaction, and the overall success of the Dallas branch.
