Position Summary: The Project Manager of Customer Success will be a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual who will oversee the project planning and implementation of TPI’s Player Connect digital product line with a primary focus on Mobile Applications and Player Portals. This role is critical to driving the success of TPI’s digital vertical, ensuring timely go-lives and exceptional user experiences. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Essential Functions
Project Planning and Execution
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Create functional specifications and data mapping documentations for mobile app and player portals
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation schedules using TPI’s suite of PM and CRM tools
- Manage day-to-day activities to ensure project milestones are met
- Work closely with the Designer to align on mobile app design and user experience (UX), ensuring consistency and quality across all associated digital solutions
Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as the primary point of contact with internal and external stakeholders including UX/UI designers, developers, engineers, QA, third-party vendors (gaming and non-gaming) and casino operators (marketing, IT, operations and Executive team)
- Hold high-value Client meetings and provide regular updates on project progress
- Act as the primary point of contact throughout the digital implementation process
Process and Product Improvement
- Utilize project management tools and techniques to optimize execution and reporting
- Implement best practices and refine methodologies and to improve efficiency and quality of digital products
- Work closely with the VP of Customer Success to gather client feedback and contribute to digital product development and enhancement
- Submit development tickets and support requests using TPI project management tools
- Manage multiple objectives and tasks simultaneously and adjust immediately to changing priorities as set forth by planning
- Provide internal implementation updates and project summaries to VP of Customer Success
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred
- Must have experience in the gaming industry with preference in casino marketing, operations and/or database marketing
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Monday.com and Confluence)
- Knowledge of mobile platforms (iOS, Android) and digital service ecosystems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Service minded and motivated to succeed
- Able to problem solve when faced with unexpected delays or situations
Preferred Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, project management, business management, marketing or related field
- Proven experience managing projects in mobile app development or digital space
Physical Demands: Must be able to sit for extended periods. Some standing and walking are required. Continuous vision required for detailed work. Frequent hand/wrist/finger movement for data entry.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time position. Typical hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., but the schedule varies and requires flexibility to work as needed throughout the evenings and weekends to include out-of-town and overnight travel. Typically, 40-60 hours per week.
Travel: This position requires minimal travel.
