California residents within 50 miles of the Folsom, CA office will be subject to hybrid work agreement
Compensation: $24.00 to $28.84 per hour (DOE)
Direct Report: Manager, Support Services
Exemption Status: Non-Exempt
Work Hours: Full-Time. 8:00am-5:00pm. Monday through Friday with occasional evening and weekend work required.
Travel: 0-10%

Job Summary
The Client Success Coordinator, Housing is responsible for assigned operational tasks, including but not limited to, creating customer branded booking sites, loading inventory into platform based on hotel contracts, creation of comprehensive reporting for customers and internal stakeholders and other tasks on behalf of ConferenceDirect Client Success Housing Managers and our Clients as needed. This position entails considerable interaction with team members, manager and other departments within ConferenceDirect.
Responsibilities
· Design and build online hotel reservation sites supporting meetings and conventions with attendance from 500 to 100,000+
· Create and distribute room block memos, room block allocations and departmental tracking documents
· Review and interpret hotel contracts for accurate event builds in Passkey and Resiada
· Communicate with hotel contacts regarding opening documentation and requirements
· Create and provide Housing Managers with reports and information on a daily and weekly basis
· Assist with completing hotel audits
· Configure registration to housing integrations in Passkey and Resiada
· Create and complete final reports based on final hotel data
· Generate Housing History Reports and work directly with hotels to reconcile and finalize group pickup
· Reconcile financial data including cancellations, rebates and commissions
· Conduct registration vs housing comparison to support marketing campaign emails
· Complete post-event overflow booking aRes intake forms and manage associated reporting
· Develop client concession templates aligned with hotel contractual obligations
· Complete custom reporting as needed
· Provide backup support for projects to the Operations team

Required Education and Experience
College degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Event Management or related field, preferably with experience in Housing or Event Services industry or equivalent practical experience.
· Previous experience in Housing platforms preferred: Passkey, Resiada
· Ability to communicate professionally and effectively in-person, via email and over the phone
· Strong organizational and time management skills
· Ability to remain organized and clearly communicate in a fast-paced environment
· Ability to break down complex projects and initiatives into attainable project tasks using critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Supervisory Responsibility
This position does not have any direct supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment/Physical Demands
This position operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers and phones.
