Hartung Glass Phoenix, AZ is looking for a hands-on, go-getter Industrial Maintenance Technician for our Phoenix, AZ facility. 

If you're a troubleshooting wizard for both mechanical and electrical issues with proven ability to maintain top equipment performance—you might be exactly who we’re looking for. Bilingual preferred.

To be considered, candidates must have at least 3-5 years of continuous hands-on manufacturing background. 

Requirements

• Contribute to maintenance planning, production standards, and problem-solving
• Evaluate and ensure the reliability of facility systems and equipment
• Experience with 480v 3 phase/277v/110v/24v
• Tackle a variety of mechanical tasks: low voltage electrical, plumbing, welding, HVAC, and more
• Diagnose and repair processors, relays, rollers, drives, and mechanical/electrical systems
• Read and interpret technical documents and reports
• Problem-solve complex maintenance issues with strong analytical skills
• Maintain safety and OSHA compliance; keep the facility neat and operational
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble machinery efficiently
• Fabricate and repair machine guards, conveyors, pumps, and electro-mechanical equipment
• Stay updated on technical knowledge and OSHA regulations

Other Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Specialized training in mechanical and/or electrical systems
• Ability to read and write in English; bilingual preferred
• 3-5 years of verifiable Industrial Mechanical and Electrical Plant Maintenance Experience. 
• Experience in electrical-240v, welding, plumbing, mechanical repairs, and HVAC
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Manufacturing maintenance experience highly preferred
• Willingness to support overtime as needed
• Glass industry experience is a bonus
