Susan B. Anthony Pro-Life America (SBA) is seeking a Donor Relations Coordinator to help strengthen and grow relationships with our mid-level donors. In this highly relational and mission-driven role, you will play a critical part in ensuring donors feel valued, appreciated, and connected to the lifesaving work they make possible.

What You Will Do

 Cultivate and Strengthen Donor Relationships

• Manage a portfolio of mid-level donors and create personalized stewardship experiences that deepen engagement and increase long-term support.
• Connect directly with donors to better understand their interests, motivations, and philanthropic goals.
• Help donors see the real-world impact of their support through thoughtful, mission-focused outreach.

Drive Donor Stewardship Efforts

• Develop and implement creative stewardship strategies that inspire continued giving and engagement.
• Coordinate donor appreciation initiatives, including thank-you calls and personalized recognition efforts.
• Partner with team members to ensure every donor experience reflects SBA's commitment to gratitude and excellence.

Support Fundraising Growth

• Track and manage donor activity, engagement, and outreach efforts.
• Collaborate with the Director of Development and Donor Prospect Analyst to identify donors with major gift potential.
• Conduct donor and prospect research to support cultivation and solicitation strategies.
• Maintain accurate donor records and activity notes within the CRM database.

• Bachelor’s degree
• Development or fundraising experience 

Preferred Education/Experience

• Experience with Virtuous or similar donor CRMs preferred
