Description

We are seeking an Operations Project Manager to support initiatives related to footprint optimization and acquisition integration. This role works closely with senior project managers and cross-functional teams to analyze operational data, coordinate project activities, and support execution of integration and optimization efforts.

This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional to build experience in operations, project management, and M&A integration while gaining exposure to enterprise-level initiatives.

Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned:


Footprint optimization support

  • Analyze operational footprints across facilities, supply chains, and distribution networks
  • Perform data collection, analysis, and documentation related to efficiency and cost-reduction opportunities

Acquisition integration support

  • Support integration activities for newly acquired entities, including documentation, tracking action items, and coordinating meetings
  • Transition planning and execution 

Cross-functional coordination

  • Collaborate with Finance, HR, IT, Supply Chain, and Engineering teams to gather inputs and help align project activities
  • Serve as a point of contact for scheduling, follow-ups, and status updates

Project leadership

  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and contingency plans
  • Monitor progress and escalate risks or delays to management team
  • Track KPIs and prepare reports and presentations summarizing project progress and outcomes

Change management

  • Create communication plans, training materials, and stakeholder updates to support adoption of new processes

Risk assessment

  • Identify potential issues or risks and communicate them to senior team members for mitigation planning


Requirements

Qualifications and Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, engineering, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in operations, project coordination, supply chain, or a related business role.
  • Exposure to project management concepts or tools (formal certification not required)
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and common project tracking tools
