Now Hiring: Full-Time Physician – General Motors (Arlington, TX) 


On-site: This role is categorized as onsite. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to the facility in Arlington, TX on a full-time basis.

  

Arlington Health Center – Physician Responsibilities:

1. Operations

The Physician shall:

  • Meet      daily with the Nurse Supervisor.
  • Maintain      and comply with Collaboration Agreements with HLMP(s).
  • Serve      as the designated Laboratory Director, as required by applicable      regulations.

2. Medical Examinations

The Physician shall:

  • Perform      evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of occupational and non-occupational      injuries and illnesses.
  • Provide      higher-level medical determinations for medical surveillance and      qualification examinations when required, including review and      interpretation of audiograms and pulmonary function tests (PFTs).
  • Deliver      high-quality medical care and ensure accurate, timely, and complete      documentation within the medical record.
  • Conduct      job-site evaluations on occupational cases

3. Disability and Workers’ Compensation Management

The Physician shall:

  • Conduct      peer-to-peer medical reviews.
  • Complete      Return-to-Work (RTW) evaluations.
  • Review      and assess work restrictions.
Requirements

 

  • MD or DO with active medical license
  • Experience in Occupational Medicine settings / or work related injuries
  • Ability to work full-time on-site in Arlington, TX
  • Strong communication and clinical skills


 Final compensation will be based on relevant factors including work experience, skills, certifications, and internal equity.
