The EPIC Integrations Manager we are looking for:

Are you the bridge builder who can translate complex client needs into seamless technical integrations while our company scales at 181% year-over-year? 


Do you speak fluent API, dream in JSON, and get genuinely excited when a webhook fires perfectly the first time? Do you have the skills to guide a non-technical partner through a complex technical implementation without losing their engagement? 


You're the kind of person who sees a broken data flow as a personal challenge. When an integration stalls, you don't wait for a ticket, you open Postman, inspect the payload, find the root cause, and engineer a fix that LASTS! 


We need someone who treats documentation like a roadmap and system monitoring like a heartbeat.


As a Integrations Manager, you will:

  • Own the technical integration lifecycle from initial scoping to go-live, acting as the primary technical point of contact for our partners and customers. 
  • Architect and test complex API flows using Postman to ensure robust data exchange between HFD and external partner systems. 
  • Serve as the translator between our internal engineering teams and external stakeholders, converting "business requirements" into precise technical specifications. 
  • Orchestrate project timelines in ClickUp like a conductor, ensuring every task, dependency, and milestone is tracked and delivered on schedule. 
  • Build a fortress of knowledge in Confluence, documenting API references, integration guides, and troubleshooting runbooks so that knowledge is shared, not siloed. 
  • Guard system health with Datadog, setting up monitors and alerts to catch integration anomalies before the customer even notices. 
  • Troubleshoot live integration issues with a surgical approach, isolating variables and resolving connectivity or data mapping errors rapidly.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent practical experience. 
  • 3+ years of technical experience working directly with customers in an implementation, solutions engineering, or technical support role. 
  • Expert-level proficiency in Postman demonstrated through complex collection runs, environment variable management, and automated testing scripts. 
  • Strong technical background with a proven ability to handle complex integrations (REST APIs, Webhooks, SFTP). 
  • Experience with ClickUp for managing multiple concurrent integration projects and task tracking. 
  • Proficiency in Confluence for creating clear, accessible internal and external technical documentation. 
  • Working knowledge of Datadog for log management, monitoring, and system observability. 
  • Ability to pay close attention to detail and be self-motivated 
  • Ability to multitask and excel in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft excel

Salary Description
$100,000-$120,000, dependent on experience.
