About the Position:

We are seeking an Events Operations Specialist to join our Marketing team. This is a junior level role that is ideal for a high-energy, customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at building relationships with internal and external stakeholders. The role will work closely with the Events Manager, supporting the planning and execution of events from concept through completion. The ideal candidate is a collaborative team player who proactively anticipates project needs, adapts to shifting priorities, seeks clarity when needed, and consistently meets deadlines. The Events Operations Specialist will collaborate across departments and with external partners to identify needs, mitigate risks, and resolve issues before they impact event outcomes.


Specifically, this individual will be responsible for the following:

  • Assist in day-to-day marketing and event operations by collaborating with the Events Manager on the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders regarding event planning, logistics, and requirements to ensure smooth execution.
  • Identify potential event-related issues proactively and implement solutions to ensure successful event outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create fun, engaging internal events to support our unique culture. 
  • Manage and maintain data within Dynamics CRM campaigns, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of events to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Support the evaluation, coordination, and management of strategic partnership opportunities that align with marketing and business objectives by collaborating with the broader marketing team.
  • Coordinate internal review of event-related and marketing presentations to ensure accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment.
Requirements

We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, Communications, or Business or related experience 
  • 0–2 years in event planning, hospitality, marketing, admin, or project coordination
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Proactive problem-solver with strong critical-thinking skills
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and attendee experience
  • Professional, positive attitude with a collaborative mindset
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and flexible in a dynamic work environment
  • Candidates must be eligible to work permanently in the United States without sponsorship.

Compensation: The base salary range for this position is $60,000-$65,000. This is an estimated range based on the circumstances at the time of posting, however, may change based on a combination of factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, education, market factors, geographical location, budget, and demand. This position is also eligible for a bonus component that would be dependent on pre-defined performance factors. All compensation determinations are based on the skills and experience required for the position and commensurate with experience of selected individuals, which may vary above and below the stated amounts.
