Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse for a day-shift travel assignment at an acute care hospital in Newberg, Oregon.

This role supports a multi-specialty surgical environment with a primary focus on circulating responsibilities across a variety of surgical services.

POSITION OVERVIEW
This assignment is ideal for Operating Room RNs who are comfortable functioning as a circulator in a fast-paced surgical environment supporting multiple specialties.

ASSIGNMENT DETAILS
• 13-week contract
• 4x10 Day shifts
• 07:00–17:00
• Circulator role primarily
• Scrub experience preferred but not required
• Call required (weeknights and weekends)
• 30-minute callback response time
• Floating required to other Providence facilities
• Personal vehicle required

COMPENSATION
• Gross: $2,726 per week
• W2: $37.00 per hour
• Tax-Free Stipend: $1,246 per week

CLINICAL RESPONSIBILITIES
• Function as primary circulating nurse in the operating room
• Support surgical procedures across multiple specialties
• Maintain sterile environment and ensure surgical safety
• Coordinate surgical workflow and patient care
• Collaborate with surgical teams and anesthesia providers
• Document care using Epic EMR

• General Surgery
• Gynecology
• Orthopedics
• ENT and Pediatric ENT
• Plastics
• Podiatry
• Urology

UNIT OVERVIEW
• Patient ratio 1:1 in the operating room
• Acute care hospital setting
• Epic charting system

• Active RN license required (Oregon license may be pending at submission)
• Minimum 1 year of Operating Room experience required
• BLS certification required
• Epic charting experience required
• Ability to take call with a 30-minute response time
• Must have reliable transportation (personal vehicle required)

Important Notes:
• Floating required to multiple Providence facilities as needed
• Up to 6 total days or 3 consecutive days RTO auto-approved
• All RTO must be submitted upfront
• 50-mile radius rule applies (locals accepted at lower rate)
• 2 supervisory references required
• Return staff must wait 3 months between perm and travel
