Joining the TJA team means you’re part of a crew that shows up, solves smart, learns fast, and actually enjoys the ride. We’re a mix of creatives, strategists, makers, and doers who push each other, and our clients, to think bigger and move smarter.
Our Project Management team is the engine that keeps all our brilliant chaos running smoothly. We work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment alongside Account, Creative, Strategy, PR, Paid Media and Social partners to make sure ideas turn into real, high-quality work, on time and on budget. PMs here aren’t order-takers; we’re strategic organizers who help teams focus, make smart calls, and keep clients confident in the process. As a Project Manager, you balance people, timelines, and deliverables, while bringing clarity, calm, and accountability to every step. You’re a source of truth for project details, a translator between teams, and a partner to Account Management as we continue expanding PM presence in client conversations.
