Description

Venture Forthe is seeking a strategic and experienced leader to oversee and grow our Arizona operations. This role serves as the single point of accountability for all Arizona programs, driving operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and sustainable growth.


We are specifically looking for candidates with strong experience in Arizona Medicaid programs, including AHCCCS, ALTCS, and Agency With Choice (AWC) service models.

 

What You'll Do

  • Lead and oversee all Arizona operations, ensuring compliance, performance, and service quality
  • Drive implementation and expansion of both Agency With Choice (AWC) and agency-based Attendant Care services, while supporting broader Arizona growth initiatives, including selective private pay home care services
  • Ensure compliance with all state, payer, and regulatory requirements
  • Oversee program development, operational infrastructure, and service delivery
  • Partner with executive leadership to align Arizona operations with company strategy
  • Support payer contracting, network relationships, and market expansion efforts
  • Build and lead operational teams, including staffing strategy and program scalability

 

What We're Looking For

  • Strong experience with Arizona Medicaid programs required, including AHCCCS, ALTCS, and Agency With Choice (AWC) models (strongly preferred)
  • Proven leadership experience in home care, personal care services, private duty home care, or HCBS programs
  • Deep understanding of regulatory compliance and program operations
  • Experience launching or expanding service lines (Attendant Care experience preferred)
  • Ability to manage both high-level strategy and day-to-day operations
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to drive growth in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

 

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Human Services, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in home and community-based services, Medicaid programs, or healthcare operations.
  • Experience with AHCCCS, ALTCS, or Agency With Choice (AWC) service models strongly preferred.
  • Strong leadership, operational planning, and regulatory compliance experience.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience working with AHCCCS managed care organizations (MCOs), including coordination with care coordinators, service authorization processes, and provider-plan operational requirements.
  • Experience supporting the launch or expansion of healthcare or home and community-based service programs, including developing operational processes, staffing infrastructure, and compliance systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate in a dynamic environment while managing multiple operational responsibilities during program growth.

WORK ENVIRONMENT: 

This position operates in both office and field environments. Regular travel is required throughout the service area to meet with clients, attendants, and community partners; conduct visits; and attend training or meetings. The role involves occasional home visits, in-person assessments, or outreach events. Periodic out-of-state travel may be required to attend corporate meetings, leadership training, or organizational initiatives. An active driver’s license and reliable transportation is required.

Salary Description
$65,000-$80,000 Yearly
