Summary/Objective

The Product Content & Translation Coordinator is responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and implementation of content management infrastructure to ensure the integrity, quality, and accessibility of Hogan’s global product content. You will work closely with other members of the Product Team, key internal stakeholders and international distributors in your content management and translation efforts of Hogan materials ensuring the highest linguistic quality. Essential Functions

  • Manage multi-language translation projects of products, certification materials and assessments by coordinating with stakeholders on key functions, timelines and resources.
  • Participate in implementation of content management infrastructure by gathering, organizing and categorizing Hogan product content.
  • Coordinate maintenance and improvement of existing product portfolio.
  • Work with SMEs on development, review, and quality assurance of new products and associated content.
  • Manage databases for products and related information or content.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements/Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or a related degree.
  • 1-3 years’ experience in a corporate setting, preferably in a B2B environment. 
  • Excellent program/project management and execution skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with traditional tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Proven track record of coordinating efforts cross-functionally to achieve positive end-results.
  • A desire to work in a fast paced, collaborative environment.
  • Resourcefulness, attention to detail and comfort offering solutions and clarity where there is ambiguity.
  • Experience working with personality assessments is preferred.

While performing these duties, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear, frequently required to stand, walk, use hands or finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; lift up to 20 pounds. This position routinely uses standard office equipment.
