The Infrastructure Specialist serves as the primary subject-matter expert for the Managed IT Care Portfolio. This   role partners closely with sales teams, account managers, and clients to represent the organization’s capabilities, drive portfolio adoption, and   provide strategic guidance across the full lifecycle of IT Care offerings. The ideal candidate brings deep hosting expertise enabling SaaS applications   efficiently and effectively, has strong communication skills, and the   executive presence required to engage confidently with IT leaders. The Infrastructure Specialist serves as the   primary subject-matter expert for the Managed Services Infrastructure   Portfolio, including hybrid cloud hosting, end-user computing services,   service desk capabilities, and local infrastructure projects. 

- Portfolio Leadership & Strategy: Own and   evolve the Infrastructure Services Portfolio while aligning with healthcare   standards. 

- Sales, Pre-Sales & Client Engagement:   Supports sales cycles and partners with account managers to expand client   spending representing the broad Infrastructure services from MTS and how they   serve clients. 

- Enablement & Content Development: Create   sales collateral, service descriptions and client-facing presentations. 

- Customer-Facing Technical Expertise: Advise   healthcare IT leadership on hybrid cloud hosting and infrastructure managed   services. 

- Events & Industry Awareness: Represent the   company at healthcare tech events. 

  10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, hybrid cloud hosting, end-user computing, or managed service. 

- 5+ years of IaaS packaging and supporting sales engagements. 

- Experience supporting or advising healthcare organizations. 

- Strong understanding of modern infrastructure technologies. 

- Executive presence and ability to engage IT leaders. 

- Experience supporting pre-sales cycles, marketing, and Account Manager QBRs. 

- Certifications such as Azure, AWS, M365, VMware,   Cisco, CompTIA. - Background in MSP, hosting services, IT infrastructure   consulting. 

- Experience   with product lifecycle or portfolio management. 

- Knowledge   of healthcare-focused platforms and cloud technologies: EHR systems.    

 Up to 20% travel
