Temporary Lease Renewals Job Description

• The Temporary Lease Renewals is responsible for participating in all aspects of the renewal process. 
• Process incoming and outgoing mail/renewal leases and packages lease renewals accurately and efficiently.
• Key responsibilities include facilitating the running Lease Expiration Reports, printing renewals, meeting with residents, answering resident calls/emails, working on counter offers with the asset managers, drafting letters and lease renewal related documents, and working with the transition to the Yardi software. 
• This role involves providing exceptional customer service and efficient handling of postal transactions. 
• This role requires a minimum of 24 hours per week in an in-office setting, giving you the flexibility to take ownership of your schedule.

Provide overall professional service that results in resident satisfaction and fosters positive tenant relationships, making the resident feel important. 

 Qualifications

• Prefer least one-year experience in a corporate setting. 
• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team to promote a cooperative work atmosphere.   
• Strong ability in communicating with a diverse groups of tenants both verbally and in writing. 
• Spanish speaking preferred.
