Description
The ideal candidate will be comfortable meeting new people frequently and have an ability to determine a candidate's potential. They should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with hiring for New Store Openings in TX and CA
- Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions
- Conduct interviews via virtual, phone or in-person
- Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
- Onboarding new hires via HRIS Paylocity
- Must have experience and knowledge of I9/E-Verify compliance
Requirements
- Must have retail/restaurant recruiting experience of 2 years
- Effective communication skills
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- High-energy and passion
- Contract work for 3 months
