What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: At least two years of caregiving experience and a valid CNA in the state of Indiana.
- Compassion: A genuine love for spending time with seniors and making them smile.
- Skills: Ability to assist with personal care, daily living activities, companionship, and engagement.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Encourage the resident to be active and participate in daily living activities
- Helping with Activities of Daily Living
- Attend staff training as required
- Dependable transportation
- Ability to deal tactfully, show patience, maintain a cheerful disposition, show enthusiasm with residents, family members, visitors, outside agencies, and other employees, and demonstrate a willingness to handle difficult individuals, situations, etc.
- Must maintain a neat appearance and follow Story Cottage Living’s dress code
