Spark Community is seeking a dependable, safety-focused individual to join our team as a Part-Time Van Driver. This role is essential in ensuring safe and reliable transportation for our clients while maintaining a positive and professional experience.

Schedule:

Morning: 6:00 AM – 8:30 AM

Afternoon: 2:15 PM – approximately 4:00–4:30 PM

Split shift with time off between routes

Responsibilities:

Safely transport clients to and from their homes and our facility

Ensure all passengers are secure and following safety guidelines

Maintain a clean and orderly vehicle

Communicate effectively and professionally with parents/guardians

Follow all company policies and traffic laws at all times

Requirements

Must be 21 years of age or older
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
High school diploma or GED
willing to obtain CPR

Ability to pass:

Pre-employment drug screening
Criminal background check
Child and adult maltreatment checks
Must be reliable, punctual, and safety-minded
