Commercial Project Coordinator
Description


Magnolia Plumbing, Inc. is seeking experienced customer service, and data entry/admin to fill our Commercial Project Coordinator position. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing commercial plumbing projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities


- Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project success

- Provide excellent customer service to clients throughout the project lifecycle

- Manage manifests for the Commercial HVAC & Plumbing department which includes checking they have been

completed correctly, attaching them in the company database and ensuring they are

uploaded to jurisdiction portals

- Accurately enter and maintain project data in company systems

- Prepare and submit project reports to management

- Assist in gathering job records periodically requested by clients

- Participate “After Hours” core process

- Perform other misc. administrative tasks as directed by the Coordination Manager


Requirements


- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred

- 2+ years of experience in customer service, data entry, or project coordination/administration

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry software

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Knowledge of plumbing industry a plus
