Job Summary 

The Concessions Attendant is responsible for providing excellent customer service while efficiently handling food and beverage orders, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring the smooth operation of the concession stand. This role involves interacting with customers, preparing and serving food and drinks, and upholding health and safety standards. 


Job Duties 

  • Provide excellent customer service to customers. 
  • Prepare and serve food and beverage items. 
  • Assist with inventory control by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages or discrepancies. 
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, including counters, floors, and equipment. 
  • Communicate effectively with team members and report any operational issues to supervisors. 
  • Set up the concession stand before opening, including arranging merchandise and ensuring equipment is operational. 



Requirements

Required Requirements  

  • Flexibility to work weekdays, weeknights, weekends, and holidays. 
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. 

Preferred Education and Experience 

  • Previous experience in food service or customer service roles. 
  • Familiarity with food safety and sanitation practices. 

Other Information 

  • This is not a KPERS covered position. 
  • Staff will be required to attend in-service training.
