ABOUT THE POSITION (Hybrid)

The Senior Consultant, Infusion Services, plays a key role in supporting the Infusion Services team by fostering a collaborative and engaging team environment and contributing to the development of team members through knowledge and sharing. This role involves quality assurance of colleagues’ work to address client needs and contribute to Visante’s growth. 

The Senior Consultant, Infusion Services, will serve as a subject matter expert, representing their area of expertise within the company. They will leverage their specialized knowledge to support the client’s vision and strategic goals, offering guidance on how expertise can address and resolve organizational challenges. 


Principle Duties and Responsibilities  

  • Establish credibility with clients, including senior client administrators and leaders. Build and maintain strong relationships   with client team members, delivering high-quality products and deliverables. 
  • Apply strong critical thinking skills to develop effective solutions for client problems. Influence project plans and directions meaningfully by owning work streams and contributing to team-building activities such as caucuses and forums.
  • Make high-quality contributions to client development efforts, including analysis and research for proposals. Contributes to Visante’s knowledge development by documenting client engagement approaches and participating in practice sub-teams.
  • Learn about client business challenges to identify problems, gather information, and implement solutions. Assist with the development of the scope of work, milestones, and resources needed to meet project objectives. Perform both quantitative and qualitative analysis. 
  • Develop and present plans to implement recommended changes, ensuring project results are delivered on time, on budget, and within scope while meeting or exceeding client expectations. 
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to inform solution development, troubleshoot issues, and propose alternative strategies when necessary.
Requirements

Education

Required: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.D. from an ACPE certified school of pharmacy.

Preferred: Relevant advanced degree (e.g., MS, MBA, MPH, MHA). 


Experience

Required: Minimum 5 years of experience working in health system pharmacy, including 3 years in formal leadership position. Successful completion of a HSPAL residency training program, in lieu of formal leadership experience.
