The Sales Coordinator will provide high-level support for the Sales Dept. The Sales Coordinator is accountable for sales reporting, analytics, Sales support and enhancing operational efficiency. the Sales Coordinator will collaborate closely with multiple teams to deliver key reporting and actionable analysis, leveraging tools such as Power BI and Microsoft Excel to provide proper reporting. The coordinator also assists in preparing essential materials like sales presentations, call lists, and performance summaries for leadership, while ensuring that communication and workflow between Sales, Finance, Marketing, and IT remains seamless. Additionally, this position will support the VP of Sales in preparation for SR management deliverables like annual sales projections, expense budgeting, monthly and Mid-Monthly reports. By proactively managing and distributing recurring reports The Sales Coordinator will assist with all order issues including research on new customer possibilities and make cold calls for inside sales support. This position is essential in enabling sales teams to perform more effectively by providing precise insights, optimizing processes, and dependable tools.

· Advanced Proficient in   Microsoft Word, Excel, Excel Analyzer, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook, Power   BI and D365

 

· Ability to work   cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees to maximize   Performance, creativity, problem solving and results

 

· Familiarity with Adobe   software packages of Acrobat, Illustrator, Photoshop, Publisher, and Paint

 

· Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills

· Background in supporting Inside Sales or sales support teams

 

· Knowledge with the   internet through search engines for research 

 

· Multi-tasking and coordinating   projects with changing priorities

 

· Strong understanding of   the sales environment

 

· 3 - 5 Years Sales   Coordinator experience with sales operations

 

· Excellent Communication   skills (written and verbal)

 

· Must have working   experience for a sales driven, customer–focused business

 

· Budgeting

 

· Working knowledge of   Windows based operating system 

 

· Ability to communicate   and motivate clearly and effectively with internal and external contacts via   in-person meetings, telephone, and written communication

 

· People management and   ability to make effective business decisions in the best interest of the   Company

 

· Strong Analytical skills

 

· Strong Presentation   skills

 

· Ability to work   independently and with a team

 

· Office Products Industry   a plus

 

· College degree preferred
