Job description

• Repairs on Outboard, Sterndrive, and Inboard boats
• Performing routine maintenance on various makes and models
• Winterization and Summerization
• Engine diagnostics and repair
• Electrical diagnosis and repair
• Rigging engines
• Mercury/ Mercruiser Certification Preferred
• Trailer inspection and repair
• Training and growth plan provided
Requirements:
• Must have at least 3 years of marine experience
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure
• Flexibility to work overtime in peak season
• Basic computer skills
• Compensation strongly depends on experience
