As we continue investing in technology, data, and scalable infrastructure, Finance plays a critical role in enabling disciplined growth, improving profitability, and delivering performance insights to lenders, executive leadership, and the Board.


Role Overview:

The Senior Financial Analyst – FP&A is a key member of the corporate finance team, responsible for delivering high-quality financial analysis, modeling, reporting, and planning support across the enterprise.

This role is highly analytical and forward-looking, with core responsibilities spanning:

· Monthly and quarterly variance analysis

· Financial modeling and scenario planning

· Quarterly lender financial reporting

· Board and executive reporting support

· Profitability analysis by segment and product line

· Ongoing maintenance and enhancement of the Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) system

You will help translate complex financial and operational data into actionable insights while strengthening the financial infrastructure that supports forecasting, reporting, and long-term planning.

Requirements

  

What You Bring

· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.

· 5–8+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or financial reporting.

· Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis.

· Experience preparing lender reporting packages and supporting board-level materials preferred.

· Experience with enterprise planning/reporting systems (e.g., OneStream, Hyperion, Adaptive, Anaplan, etc.).

· Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with large datasets.

· Ability to distill complex financial information into executive-ready insights.

· High attention to detail with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
