Description
JOB SUMMARY: This position is primarily responsible for performing the daily administrative services tasks related to HRA, FSA and HSA administration for participants and client groups. The Administrative Services Specialist will have extensive exposure to and contact with clients and brokers as well as current and former employees.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Administering the HRA, FSA and HSA processes, including preparation and printing of notices, forms, correspondence, etc. and recording payments received in various spreadsheets/software systems.
- Monitoring, maintaining and processing correspondence and inquiries regarding HRA, FSA and HSA Administration daily.
- Provide customer service for HRA, FSA and HSA administration, including responding to inquiries; discussing such administration issues with clients, brokers, carriers and participants.
- Create and audit Administrative Participant reports.
- Prepare Administrative reports for company and clients.
- Assist the Senior Administrative Services Specialist with developing internal administrative procedures that relate to all aspects of the HRA, FSA and HSA administration process; then maintain, update, and implement these procedures.
- Create and maintain internal enrollment reports generated by the administrative services software/programs.
- Assist the Senior Administrative Services Specialist with renewals and new group set up.
- Assist with team building and training of new team members.

Requirements
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be able to sit or stand and type utilizing computer for up to 90% of the workday.
- Must be able to talk on the phone.
- Must be able to effectively work from home on a regular basis and adhere to the terms of a separate remote work/telecommute agreement with the company.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior HRA, FSA, HSA, or COBRA administration experience is preferred, but not required.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Requires knowledge of standard office procedures.
- Requires excellent data entry skills.
- Requires excellent attention to detail.
- Requires computer proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically with Excel.
- After initial training is completed, computer proficiency in FSA, HRA and HSA Administration System required.
- Requires computer proficiency in Salesforce.
- Requires excellent communication skills in both verbal and written format.
- Requires excellent customer service skills.
- Requires the ability to maintain detailed and accurate records.
- Requires above average problem solving, reasoning and organizational skills.
- Required the ability to work on multiple projects and to shift priorities while adhering to strict federal and state timelines.
- Requires the ability to maintain strict adherence to confidentiality standards.
