Description
  • Conduct and Manage environmental due diligence including Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments, Asbestos Surveys, and Remedial Investigations and Actions. 
  • Writing and Reviewing technical reports including the preparation of Phase I and II ESA reports, Asbestos Survey reports, specifications, and plans.
  • Perform air and soil sampling.
  • Participate in research, data collection, field observation, inspection, and field and laboratory testing.
  • Prepare associated reports or sections of larger reports.
  • Working effectively with project teams and clients.
Requirements


  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in due diligence assessments. 
  • Critical thinking and mechanical skills that together demonstrate the ability to solve problems with ingenuity.
  • Written communication and analytical skills that demonstrate the ability to construct a proper sentence, with attention to detail, for technical reports and proposals.
  • Organizational skills that demonstrate the ability to self-monitor, multi-task and be proactive.
  • Interpersonal skills that demonstrate the ability to maintain professional candor and work within a team to meet established deadlines.
  • Computer skills that demonstrate proficiency in MS Office Suite (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to read and interrupt environmental regulations and policy. 
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Geology, with an E.I.T. or G.I.T., with a P.E. or R.G. preferred, but not required. 
  • Ability to work outside in extreme weather conditions (heat and cold).
  • Must be able to regularly lift 50 lbs. or more.
