The Regional Marketing Lead – EMEA serves as the primary marketing owner and subject matter expert for Movora’s Europe markets. This role is responsible for translating global marketing strategy into regionally relevant initiatives that drive commercial growth, brand consistency, and customer engagement across diverse international markets.
This position leads the planning, execution, and optimization of regional marketing programs, ensuring alignment with global objectives while addressing regional market dynamics, regulatory requirements, and cultural nuances. The Regional Marketing Lead partners closely with regional commercial leadership and global marketing teams to strengthen Movora’s market presence, support product adoption, and improve overall marketing effectiveness.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Regional Marketing Leadership and Strategy
- Serve as the primary marketing lead and subject matter expert for the EMEA region
- Translate global marketing strategy into actionable regional marketing plans
- Identify regional market opportunities and provide strategic input to global marketing leadership
- Ensure alignment between regional marketing initiatives and commercial objectives
- Act as the primary marketing partner to regional Sales, Product Management, and Commercial teams
Tradeshow and Event Leadership
- Lead planning, coordination, and execution of regional tradeshows and events including ESVOT, ECVS, and other regional events
- Ensure events align with strategic business priorities and deliver measurable commercial impact
- Manage external vendors and partners supporting regional marketing events
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with global Marketing, CRM, Product Management, and Commercial teams to support business objectives
- Collaborate with the Global CRM Manager to ensure effective deployment of regional marketing campaigns through HubSpot
- Support distributor and partner marketing initiatives across EMEA
- Serve as liaison between regional commercial teams and global marketing organization
Performance Monitoring and Optimization
- Track and analyze regional marketing performance metrics
- Develop and maintain reporting and dashboards to support performance evaluation
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI
- Continuously optimize regional marketing initiatives based on performance and market feedback
Regional Ownership and Platform Enablement
- Ensure consistent brand representation across all regional marketing activities
- Support adoption and effective utilization of global marketing tools and platforms
- Provide regional insight to global marketing leadership to strengthen overall strategy

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field required
- Advanced degree preferred but not required
Experience:
Required:
- 7–10 years of marketing experience in international or multi-market environments
- Experience executing and localizing global marketing strategies
- Experience supporting commercial teams in global or regional organizations
- Experience managing trade shows, campaigns, and marketing programs
Preferred:
- Experience in MedTech, healthcare, or B2B environments
- Experience working with distributor-based go-to-market models
- Experience using CRM and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot
