The Role
The Territory Manager position is a great outside sales opportunity for an energetic, self-starter with a proven track record selling CPAP therapy service, Home Sleep Study or related DME. The right candidate will have the ability to confidently and successfully take on the challenge of building a new market. The right candidate must have current industry experience. The BetterNight Territory Manager is responsible for building and maintaining a referral base for our Virtual Sleep Medicine services in their respective market. This position will call physician offices, practice partners, and other medical providers to build relationships for patient referrals while meeting and exceeding the company's sales goal.
We need you to:
- Identify, contact, develop, and maintain new and existing physician accounts
- Call on new and current accounts by making in person or virtual visits. (50%+ field work is required)
- Serve as the liaison between our referral sources and members of the BetterNight team
- Establish trusting relationships with referral partners and internal teams
- Be responsible for the retention of key referral sources
- Manage business objectives and meet revenue targets including new contracts plus growth and maintaining current contracts
- Represent BetterNight at medical and industry conferences
- Make presentations and demonstrate the use of medical devices and equipment
Skills we are seeking:
- Previous/current CPAP and/or Home Sleep Test sales highly desirable
- Must have a minimum of 1-year CURRENT DME sales
- Strong face to face and written communication skills are a must
- Must be able to work independently
- Ability to schedule field visits for the most efficient use of time
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and Google Suite programs and CRM software
- Ability to drive daily through the assigned territory
- Must have a valid driver’s license and insurance
- Must be able to spend at least 50% of the time on the road visiting clients
- Must be energetic, self-starter and highly motivated
- Requires a general understanding of HIPAA requirements
Qualifications:
- Experienced CPAP or HST sales representative is strongly desired
- A minimum of 1 year CURRENTLY selling DME services
- Applicants without current experience will NOT be considered
- Applicants home base will be within their respective area
The Benefits
- Base Salary of $65K with an OTE of $110k and the opportunity to earn $200K or more based on a very aggressive compensation plan designed to reward over-achievement
