Position Overview

Capital Management Inc. is seeking a highly capable Executive Business Partner to provide

strategic administrative, financial, and operational support to executive leadership.

This is not a traditional administrative role. We are looking for a professional who can think

critically, manage complex details, and confidently handle responsibilities involving financial

reporting, data accuracy, budgeting support, and technology tools.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, anticipates needs, and acts as a trusted

partner to executive leadership.


Key Responsibilities

Executive Support

  • Manage complex executive calendars, meetings, and appointments
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics
  • Prepare agendas, presentations, reports, and correspondence
  • Anticipate needs and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts


Financial & Analytical Support

  • Assist with financial reports using ProfitSword, Excel, and related tools
  • Support budget tracking and expense monitoring
  • Assist with financial modeling and analysis
  • Validate data accuracy and reporting integrity
  • Serve as liaison between executives and departments
  • Track projects, deadlines, and deliverables
  • Support executive initiatives and special projects
  • Ensure clear communication and follow-through
  • Maintain organized digital filing systems (Google Drive, shared platforms)
  • Create and manage spreadsheets and dashboards
  • Support reporting and documentation processes


Required Qualifications

  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace / Google Drive
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional discretion and confidentiality


Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
  • Experience supporting executive leadership
  • Financial reporting or budgeting experience
  • Familiarity with ProfitSword or similar reporting systems
