Description
Reporting to the Director of Sales, the Sales Manager leads and develops a high-performing sales team to drive revenue growth and deliver an exceptional customer experience. This role provides hands-on coaching, accountability, and leadership while modeling the company’s mission, values, and standards.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Lead, coach, and develop sales representatives through training, feedback, and performance management.
- Recruit, onboard, and train new team members.
- Conduct regular team meetings, ride-alongs, and 1:1 performance check-ins.
- Set clear expectations and hold the team accountable.
- Partner with HR on performance reviews and development plans.
- Creates/provides opportunities for employees’ growth and development.
SALES GOALS
- Meets and exceeds sales goals and other key performance indicators for the company and individual sales representatives.
- Targets performance management and training to achieve sales goals and other key performance indicators.
CUSTOMER ISSUES
- When customer issues are escalated to their level, works to resolve all customer issues
- Ensures customers have a remarkable experience.

Requirements
- Strong knowledge of sales, marketing, and customer service principles; construction industry experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and computer skills, including use of standard business software.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience demonstrating a proven track record.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Valid non-probationary driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and ability to drive for company business.
Salary Description
$85,000 plus bonus yearly
